Areas of Law

Arbitration is a form of dispute resolution facilitated by a neutral third party whose decision is agreed to be followed by the parties involved in the dispute. The third party arbitrator functions outside of the court system. However, the decision made by the arbitrator is equivalent to litigation in the courts decided by a Judge and is enforceable in a court of law. This legal technique is most commonly used for the resolution of commercial disputes, particularly in the context of international commercial transactions.

Admiralty and Maritime Law

Admiralty and Maritime law governs injuries and/or accidents taking place on the high seas. If you have been injured or in an accident involving a cruise ship, motorboat, personal watercraft, or other vessel, we can help you navigate and benefit from United States Maritime Law. Also, if you provided a loan, materials and/or services for the benefit of a vessel, we can help you recover your lawful debt under United States Maritime Law.
